Proofreading, Copy-Editing and Final Editing

Proofreading, copy-editing and final editing of texts, training materials, reports and other documents in German and English have always been, and continue to be, part of the CLC’s wide-ranging remit.

The CLC utilises this knowledge and the associated experience – which are, in effect, a by-product of its activities – to offer editing, proofreading and final editing services on a contract basis.

We generally accept commissions from almost all subject areas and specialist fields; however, due to a lack of expertise, we are unable to handle the fields of medicine/health, IT/computers and technology/transport. We are also unable to undertake literary translations, as these are not covered by our business licence.

The work is carried out personally by the two managing partners, Mario Thurner and Ninel Jasmine Sadjadi. Mario Thurner, in particular, has a track record of numerous publications, (co-)authorship and (co-)editorship in German- and English-speaking countries, including (co-)authorship and (co-)editorship of a work on insolvency law now in its fourth edition (Insolvenzrecht by Walter H. Rechberger, Thomas Seeber, Mario Thurner – 978-3-7089-2125-9).

Texts are professionally proofread and/or edited and/or finalised in accordance with your specifications. Linguistic perfection, proficiency in standard software and strict adherence to deadlines are a given.
