Justice Reform Projects

Justice Reform Projects

Between 2001 and 2011 the CLC Association successfully participated in the bidding process to win contracts for consulting projects, mainly of the European Union, but also of the World Bank and other funding institutions. All of these projects were aimed at strengthening the economic structures of countries in Eastern and Central Europe which are now Member States of the European Union and concurrently at increasing prosperity by improving the legal and institutional framework conditions. The CLC Association offered these “new” EU Member States access to Austria’s consultancy competence in terms of legal and institutional know-how to support and modernise their reform processes.

To this day we have benefited from our many years of experience and act as an organisational and operational unit in specific justice reform projects on behalf of the Austrian Federal Ministry of  Justice.
