Nationwide Basic Training for Family and Youth Court Support Workers

Nationwide Basic Training for Family and Youth Court Support Workers

In collaboration with the sectional heads and team leader level representatives of Family and Youth Court Support (FJGH), judges, CLC and external experts, the Federal Ministry of Justice has developed a mandatory nationwide basic training curriculum for all new staff of FJGH.

The aim of this nationwide basic training is to ensure that all staff members of FJGH in Austria meet the same requirements and warrant a single nationwide professional standard. This is to also ensure that all employees of FJGH may work both as family court support workers and youth court support workers.
