Family and Youth Court Support
From 2014 to 2026, the CLC supported the Austrian Family and Youth Court Assistance Service (FJGH) as a central coordination and clearing house, working closely with the Federal Ministry of Justice and the four regional offices of the FJGH to develop and deliver training and professional development programmes for its staff.
Nationwide basic training for family and youth court assistants
The Federal Ministry of Justice, in collaboration with the heads of departments, representatives from the management team of the FJGH, judges, the CLC and external experts, developed a compulsory nationwide basic training curriculum for all new FJGH staff, which has been continuously updated to meet current requirements.Training programme for family and youth court support workers
In collaboration with the regional management teams of the FJGH, the CLC developed and administered the training programme for family and youth court support workers on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Justice from 2016 to 2026.Further information
